Is there anything specific that inspired this photo? As in the idea/concept? Or a story of any sort behind it?

I was watching a bunch of old 1950's, post [link] movies and i just saw how they used in both comedy and drama the idea of the last smoke before being executed. At this point in my life i was at a "do or die" kind of situation with my goals...so thats what brought on this concept.

For some reason that idea really connects with me. Despite the fact that it doesn't really have to do with anything of my life currently, this photo makes one of those weird conections.
Not too much stuff really does that anymore, but actually a fair amount of your work does. So, good job? something along those lines I suppose
